Business Suite

Aside from an open concept in our great room for larger events, we offer a separate state-of-the-art conference room. Equipped with a 60 inch TV, with HDMI hookup for your zoom calls, slideshows and more. This historic Garrettsville themed space, comes equipped with an industrial sized dry erase board, and a stylish conference table that can seat up to 10. The perfect office away from yours for those important meetings and gatherings.

Food Vendor Policy

Our open vendor policy allows you to bring in food of your choice from your favorite restaurant, chef or caterer.

Post Cleaning Services

If you feel you are unable to return the space to the original condition due to partying in excess or fatigue we recommend that you secure our “Cleaning Service” at a flat rate of $100.00.

Event Essentials

Provided complimentary to your booking are the following essentials: The use of the Kitchenette/Bar area, Tables and Chairs (excluding linen), Trash Cans and Liners, stocked basic toiletries, AC/Heat, Electricity, our grass wall and fireplace features, basic cleaning supplies/products, photo wall with chalk boards, and complimentary WiFi. We also offer a number of party essentials for purchase at checkout, allowing us take some things off your plate so you can enjoy the big day!

Kitchenette

Complimentary to the venue, enjoy the kitchenette which includes a full size refrigerator, freezer, in addition to a sink, coffee maker,  and a large serving area.  No stove is equipped with this space as cooking on site is not permitted.

Linen

As a paid add-on at checkout, rent our table and chair covers for your event. White and Black are available upon request, with table runners colored Pink or Navy Blue.

Parking

Parking at the venue is free and included. Overflow parking should be taken across the street to the public lots.

Bar

A small standing bar area, to serve your guests, is available to your booking upon request (spirits and beverages are not included). See the Add Ons at Checkout!
